I qualified in 2009 with a large regional firm in the South. I specialised in wealth management, which involved creating, administering, and advising on trusts (including personal injury trusts), wills, and inheritance taxes. I subsequently joined a full-service firm of solicitors in Central Cambridge, where I broadened my area of specialism. I joined Tees in 2018.
I now advise on matters relating to estate planning, estate administration, and probate, as well as the preparation, finalisation, and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney for property and financial affairs and health and welfare, the registration of Enduring Powers of Attorney with the Office of the Public Guardian, and the application for Deputyship Orders for property and finance.
