Tees’ sponsorship helps raise over £10,000 for Help for Heroes alongside Synonymous Sport

A group of seven people, including representatives from Tees and Synonymous Sport, hold a large charity cheque for £10,294.13 to Help for Heroes. They are standing in front of the cricket pitch at Lord’s Cricket Ground, with the iconic Pavilion and media centre visible in the background.

Tees proudly supported the Lord’s Long Room Charity Lunch, hosted by Synonymous Sport at the iconic Marylebone Cricket Club. The event raised an impressive £10,294.13 for Help for Heroes, supporting those who have served and sacrificed.

As sponsors, we were honoured to back Help for Heroes, Synonymous Sport’s chosen charity partner, and their vital work supporting veterans and their families across the UK. The event offered an inspiring afternoon of fundraising, networking and conversation with clients, colleagues and friends from across the region.

Guests enjoyed a three-course lunch in the historic Lord’s Long Room, with after-dinner speeches from cricket legends Phil Tufnell and Graham Gooch. Their personal stories and humour brought a special energy to the day and made the event one to remember. Our thanks go to Darrell Fox and the team at Synonymous Sport for their excellent organisation. We’re already looking forward to next year, building on our commitment to meaningful community partnerships.
