I am an associate on our residential property team based out of our Cambridge office. I primarily act for a wide range of individual clients in all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, lease extensions, and transfers of equity. Additionally, I assist development companies in plot sales and site set-up for small developments, working with our commercial property team where necessary.
I also have experience working with individuals who use the University of Cambridge’s shared equity scheme for their property transactions.
Our team in the Cambridge office work closely together on all transactions and aims to be proactive and contactable. I work closely with my clients to provide a bespoke and efficient service, whether you are an experienced property developer or a first-time buyer. As part of a full-service law firm, we can provide all clients with a wide range of experience from within the team and other departments as required to meet any needs.

I studied History at University and subsequently completed the Graduate Diploma in Law. Having grown up in Cambridge, I moved back following University and started at Tees in 2016.
