Charlotte Middleditch

Solicitor

Charlotte Middleditch, dispute resolution solicitor at Tees Law

Biography

In September 2023, I qualified as a solicitor and work in the Dispute Resolution and Litigation department based in the Cambridge office.

My younger brother has Developmental Language Disorder (DLD), Dyspraxia, Dyslexia, and Dyscalculia. My family spent years engaged in Tribunal appeals to secure a suitable education for him. We succeeded, and watching him flourish into an amazing young man has inspired me to help other families traverse this difficult path. Moreover, my own Dyslexia and Dyscalculia give me a tenacious and creative approach to my client’s matters.

I graduated from the University of Exeter in 2017 with a 2:1 BA (Hons) in English literature. Following that, I studied the Graduate Diploma in Law and then the Legal Practice Course, achieving a high Distinction in 2021.

Outside of work, I am a keen rower, competing across the country. I sit on the rowing club’s committee and have organised several charity events that have raised thousands. I am also a partner in my family’s farm in Suffolk.
