I am a partner and head of the commercial property team in Cambridge.
I moved to Tees Law in September 2023, having previously headed up the Cambridge real estate team at an international law firm. I have practised as a commercial property solicitor in Cambridge since moving here on qualification in 2007, so I have a deep understanding of the interplay of issues affecting property transactions in this location.
I act for a wide range of clients, including large corporations, owner-managed businesses and start-ups, Cambridge Colleges and other educational establishments, developers, and lending institutions, on both investment and development financing.
I am pragmatic and personable in my approach.
I am recognised by the Legal 500 as a “Leading Individual” for commercial property in Cambridge.
What else should you know?
I am a keen rower and runner and often row on or run by the River Cam early in the morning. I also have a passion for all things community and have over 10 years of experience acting as a trustee of a Cambridge-based homeless charity.
