Planning for the future with expert independent financial advice

Understanding the options for the best possible retirement

There is a wide variety of pension options, each governed by its own set of rules, and a multitude of options for what you can do with your pension funds when you’re ready. Our expert IFAs (independent financial advisers) are on hand to explain the options so that you can make the right choices for your retirement.

Quality advice from the best advisers

Your pension is your security for the future, so we understand how important it is to make the right choices. Our IFAs have many years of experience between them, and understand the pensions market inside out, with strong attention to every detail. Our Pension Transfer Gold Standard accreditation gives you the confidence that you’re dealing with a firm that is going beyond the minimum requirements when giving financial advice.

Helping individuals and businesses for all your pension needs

Your retirement can offer various options such as later life lending, where equity release allows you to access a lump sum by unlocking the value of your home.

Our advisers can also advise businesses on company pension schemes, including auto-enrolment, group pension schemes and directors’ pension schemes.

It’s good to act early so that you can ensure your pension gives you the right level of security and comfort in retirement. Before you plan for your retirement income, you should always consult an independent financial adviser.

I have been told my property has development potential. What do I do?

If you’ve been contacted by a developer or a land promoter regarding a potential development to your property, you may wish to consider granting an option agreement or a promotion agreement. An option agreement is made between the landowner and the developer, where it is intended that the developer will apply for planning permission and requires an option to buy the property. A land promotion agreement is used where a developer agrees to apply for planning permission and will market the property for sale on the open market once planning permission has been obtained. This is usually in return for a proportion of the net sale proceeds. The law on this is very complex and you will need specialist advice.
