Ruffa Kemp

Trainee Solicitor, Dispute Resolution and Litigation

How can I help you?

Following my time as a paralegal in the Residential Property Team in Cambridge, I am now a Trainee Solicitor and Tees’ inaugural agricultural trainee. My training will focus on agricultural disciplines, particularly agricultural property and private client work, based at the firm’s Cambridge office.

Delivering what you need

Clients have described me as empathetic and dedicated. I pride myself on being approachable and enjoy working with the Tees team to deliver the best results for clients.

What else should you know?

Before joining Tees in 2019, I worked in various in-house legal roles in the commercial property and utilities sector. I graduated with a first-class LL.B. from Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge.

In 2021, the Law Society of England and Wales granted me a scholarship through their Diversity Access Scheme to fund my Legal Practice Course (LPC) fees. I completed this part-time while continuing to work full-time at Tees.

Outside of work, I am passionate about the countryside and rural issues. I am currently trying to learn how to shoot clays in between enjoying local Point-to-Point fixtures and long walks with our cocker spaniel.
