I deal with a wide range of residential property transactions which includes advising clients on freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, shared equity schemes, equity release, residential mortgages, lease extensions, adverse possession applications and property registration. I have a pragmatic approach and aim to provide practical, jargon free advice.

What else should you know?
I qualified as a solicitor in 1998 and live and was raised locally so have an excellent knowledge of the area. I have been working in the legal sector since 1991 and in Saffron Walden since 2001.
I am also a member of the Equity Release Council.
