How can I help you?
I joined Tees as a Paralegal in the Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury team in May of 2024. Previously, I worked in the Private Client and Dispute Management team in a small high-street law firm in Essex. I also worked as a Summer Research Assistant for a Professor of Human Rights Law at Birmingham University.
Delivering what you need
I chose to study law because I wanted a career that was focused on helping people. With the Tees Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury team, I am able to realise that goal to the fullest, and I aim to do so in the most efficient and effective manner possible.
Moreover, whilst every client and legal issue is, of course, unique, clinical negligence and personal injury claims tend to be particularly emotive. As such, I always make a special effort to treat every matter with compassion and empathy.
What else should you know?
I graduated from The University of Cambridge with a Bachelor’s of Arts in Law in 2023 and a Leonard Colling Scholarship from Sidney Sussex College. During my degree, I studied a range of modules across commercial and private law, but I had a particular focus on public law and human rights. In the future, I aim to take my legal career by qualifying as a solicitor and continuing to use my professional skills to make a real-world difference.
Outside of my work, I enjoy sport (athletics and rugby in particular) and have recently taken up woodworking. I also volunteer at a local charity that provides baby clothing and other resources to mothers in need.
