How can I help you?
I am a Solicitor in our Commercial Property team, based out of our Bishop’s Stortford office. I joined Tees in 2023 having qualified as a solicitor in 2021. Since qualification, I have practised exclusively in commercial property in London and Hertfordshire, on a broad range of commercial property transactions which include:
- All aspects of landlord and tenant work, including new leases, renewals, alterations, surrenders, subleases, and assignment.
- Acquisitions and disposals of both leasehold and freehold titles for companies, developers, investors, owners, and occupiers.
- The general preparation of properties and sites for onward development and sale.
- Secured lending and refinancing acting for banks, private lenders, and borrowers.
Delivering what you need
I go the extra mile for my clients and have a commercial and proactive approach to understanding and achieving their objectives. I enjoy assisting my clients at every stage and giving clear advice, without unnecessary jargon, to make their transactions as easy as possible.
What else should you know?
I trained at a property law firm based in west London which I joined as a paralegal in 2015. I gained substantial experience working in various residential property, commercial property and landlord and tenant departments, mainly dealing with complex or high-value matters in the London area.
I relocated to Hertfordshire in 2022 and joined a successful regional firm which gave me a deep understanding of businesses and individual clients’ needs in Hertfordshire, Essex, and surrounding areas.
In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my wife and daughter, I practice martial arts and have my hands full looking after my cat and three dogs – a Pomeranian, a Siberian Husky, and an Alaskan Malamute (in size order).
