I am a Senior Associate Solicitor within the Residential Property Department and specialise in all aspects of Residential Conveyancing including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, first registrations, adverse possession claims and Equity Release. I qualified in 1999 and joined Tees in 2016.

My particular specialism is advising on Equity Release also known as Later Life Lending. I am a member of the Equity Release Council and lead our team of Equity Release lawyers in Later Life Lending.
