How can I help you?
I qualified as a solicitor in 2002 and since then have specialised in commercial property work. I grew up in Chelmsford, and after studying at Oxford and in Germany, I spent the first part of my career in the City before moving back to Essex to work. I advise on all aspects of commercial and agricultural property work, including:
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Development sites
- Secured lending and refinancing
- Option agreements, overage agreements
- Planning agreements
- Promotion agreements
- Leases
- All aspects of the landlord and tenant relationship.
I act for a wide range of clients, including investors, landowners, developers, tenants, banks, restaurants and GPs.
Delivering what you really need
I am approachable and will always provide a personal service that is tailored to your circumstances. Property transactions often require the negotiation of detailed documentation but my aim is always to provide clear and practical advice within the timescales you require.
What else should you know?
Outside of work, I am a Governor of Felsted Primary School and the Chair of the governing board’s Finance and Premises Committee. My three children keep me busy and I also enjoy Jazzercise, watching films and listening to audiobooks.
