How can I help you?
I qualified as a Solicitor in September 2022 and can advise on a broad range of disputes.
Delivering what you really need
I am part of Tees’ specialist Contentious Trust & Probate team and regularly meet with clients across all our office locations.
Probate disputes, by their very nature, arise at a stressful and vulnerable time, and I appreciate how overwhelming this can be for my clients. I offer clear and pragmatic advice and help my clients formulate a strategy to resolve matters.
Our specialist team can advise on the following:
- Challenging Wills;
- Inheritance (Provision for Family & Dependants) Act 1975 cases;
- Disputes arising out of lifetime transactions – for example, claims regarding undue influence, capacity, and joint ownership;
- Claims against personal representatives – accounts and enquiries, breach of trust and fiduciary duty, removal and substitution;
- Construction, rectification and variation of trusts;
- Disputes between cohabitees of property;
- Applications under the Trustees of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996;
- Disputes between beneficiaries and executors;
- Claims relating to Proprietary Estoppel and Constructive Trusts; and
- Contentious Court of Protection applications.
