I am a solicitor within the Corporate Commercial Team at Tees. I qualified as a solicitor in March 2023, and I joined the firm soon after. My area of expertise includes a wide range of services, such as share purchases and disposals, company restructuring, asset purchases and disposals, the drafting of shareholders' agreements and articles of association, and advising on loan documentation.
Client care is of paramount importance to me, and I take immense pride in delivering exceptional service. I am committed to staying abreast of the latest legal updates, ensuring that my knowledge remains current. Furthermore, I approach my work with meticulous attention to detail, willingly delving into research to clarify even the minutest of particulars.
In terms of my educational background, I obtained an upper second-class degree in Law from the University of Warwick in 2016. Subsequently, while working as a paralegal, I pursued the LPC MSc in Law Business and Management at the University Law on a part-time basis, successfully completing the program in 2019. Following the LPC, I gained valuable experience as a paralegal at a London-based firm, where I later undertook my training.
Beyond my professional pursuits, I am an active member of my local church community, finding fulfilment through my involvement. Additionally, I have a passion for reading and even host my own podcast. During my leisure time, I enjoy exploring my culinary skills and frequently turn to TikTok and Instagram for fresh recipe ideas.
