How can I help you?
I qualified as a solicitor in 1994, and started my legal career in London, joining Wortley Byers in 1997. I became a partner in the Wortley Byers’ corporate commercial department in 1999 and led the team between 2009 and 2012. In January 2014, I was appointed Managing Partner of Wortley Byers, leading the firm’s merger into Tees Law. Currently, I head the corporate commercial department at Tees Law and our logistics sector offering.
Delivering what you really need
I specialise in a range of corporate and commercial matters across a number of industry sectors, including:

- commercial agreements.
Clients often commend me for providing pragmatic advice that enables them to achieve their desired outcomes seamlessly. Over my years of legal practice, I have acquired extensive knowledge in my chosen fields.
