How can I help you?
I am a Solicitor working in the Corporate and Commercial team, having qualified in March 2025 following completion of my training contract and Legal Practice Course. I joined the firm in June 2021 as a Paralegal in the Litigation department.
I regularly assist clients with asset and share sales and purchases, company reorganisations, drafting shareholder agreements and articles of association. I also draft and provide advice relating to commercial documents, such as terms and conditions, licensing agreements and service agreements.

I pride myself in being a good communicator and aim to maintain proactive and clear communication with clients. I thrive from building effective relationships and being a reliable advisor.
What else should you know?
I am a Social Secretary for the Cambridgeshire Junior Lawyers Division and arrange regular events for junior lawyers to network. Outside of work, I am a keen runner and reader, and I enjoy spending time with my family and travelling.
