How can I help you?
I qualified as a solicitor in 2013 and am now a Partner after joining Tees Law in January 2019, advising business clients on all aspects of company and commercial law, including asset and share acquisitions and disposals, joint venture agreements and partnership agreements. My experience also includes drafting an array of commercial contracts. The advice I provide to any one client can vary from business contract advice to governance-related advice. I act for a variety of clients, which include high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, start-ups, SMEs and charities in a number of different industry sectors, such as manufacturing, transport and logistics, retail, technology, software, insurance and leisure.
Delivering what you really need
I aim to help clients achieve their commercial and personal objectives and explain complex issues and legal points clearly and concisely. I enjoy building good client relations by taking the time to get to know the client and their business, which enables me to provide bespoke advice to each client.
What else should you know?
I graduated from the University of Leicester, where I completed a Law and Economics degree and obtained a 2.1 BA Honours. I have also completed the CF1 UK financial services, regulations and ethics certificate and the CF3 financial protection certificate prior to beginning my legal career when working in a wealth management company. This experience has allowed me to think outside the box when working on commercial transactions to ensure that I understand the client’s business and the industry it operates in.
