A divorce can be a largely amicable process, even though often there are stresses and strains along the way. Where it’s possible, and according to your wishes, we can support you to try and achieve an amicable split.
Specific ways we may support you, as appropriate may be:
- avoiding blame for the breakdown of the relationship

Clare is a Partner at Tees and Head of the Family Law team in Cambridge. Clare has over 20 years’ of experience in family and divorce law.
Her cases cover all aspects of family law including divorce and separation, financial issues, children, nuptial agreements and cohabitation cases.

How much does a divorce cost?
The cost of a divorce varies according to your situation. Do give us a ring to book an initial consultation, if your combined assets as a family are over £750,000 or you have a combined family income of more than £100,000 a year.
